We accept exchanges and returns as long as we comply with the following:
The following parts are not exchangeable or refundable:
*Only customized or customized necklaces and bracelets that arrive with damage to the closing mechanism or that any of its pieces arrive damaged will be taken into account. In cases the part will be repaired and sent back to you.
Important details for exchanges and returns
1. We do not make refunds; only be given store credit.
2. The earrings don't have exchange or return.
3. The changes of necklaces and bracelets must be made on or before 10 business days from the receipt of the same.
4. Shipping and handling costs for return purposes must be borne by customers.

- Contact us no more than 3 days after receiving the order
- You shipped the pieces on or before 10 days of receiving the order
- We do not accept cancellations

- Customized or personalized orders
- Pieces that for health and hygiene cannot be changed such as earrings
- Pieces that are on special sale or clearance.
