We don’t made mass produced because all the pieces are handmade. We maintain a small inventory for immediate delivery. Inventory as available will ship via USPS unless otherwise instructed.
ORDERS

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
- Our jewelry is made by hand, once piece at a time. Please allow 5 business days for shipping your order.
- If a customized order. The shipping time expected are 10 business days.
- FREE SHIPPING in orders over $50 (after discounts and before taxes) within PR and USA.
- All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) every day.
- Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 3 to 7 days depend where are you located. {During holiday season please allow for possible delays}.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped.
- Please be aware once a package is shipped, we are no longer able to change the shipping address, reroute to a different address, or change the method and speed of shipping.
Andares is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. We ask that you please contact your local USPS office for assistance with these matters. Other delivery methods area available at checkout time. All of packaged have a insurance for $50 via USPS.
